“2009 China 13th International Photographic Art Exhibition” held by China Photographers Association and Lishui People’s Municipal Government will be held on 28 November, 2009 at Lishui city, Zhejiang province, China. The exhibition has got the patronage of FIAP(the International Federation of Photographic Art). The awarded and accepted works could apply for the FIAP distinction. The collecting work has started, the closing date is on 15 August.
