China International Photographic Art Exhibition held by China Photographers Association was opened in these days and it was opened to all the photographers from the countries and regions all over the world. To be the largest international photographic exhibition with the longest history in China and with the great influence in the world, China Interntional Photographic Art Exhibition not only makes many reforms on the rules and awards setting, but also declares that it aims to be the “Olympic game” of International Fine Art Exhibition
Based on the feed back from all circles, this exhibition makes a great innovation:   
1)only two sections A) Color and B) Black and White. It will be more convenient for entrants to send entries. While according to the speciality of photography, the juries will select the awarded photos based on the topic of entries.
2)The exhibition is de-emphasis on the authenticity of photos, that means it receives all kind of photos which are taken in any shot technics. Including the exprimental, creative and PS photo, etc.
3)The Excellent Organize Work Award for the exhibition
10 organizations will be awarded for their excellent organize work for the exhibition. Organization committee will invite one person(chairman) from each organization come to China to attend the opening ceremony of the exhibition. Organization committee will bear all the local fees including accormodation, food and transfer during his/her stay in China, while the international airplane tickets have to be born by himself/herself.
4)Organization committee will invite one from all the winners to be the jury for next exhibition. This make close the relationship between the juries and entrants. It also has better reflected the principle of opening, fairness and justice.
5)The entry form has been translated into English,French, Russian, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese and Arabic languages besides Chinese, in that almost all the photogrphers of the world could read and understand the rules.

Note: China International Photographic Art Exhibition held by China Photographers Association is the largest international photographic event with the longest history in China. Since 1981, CPA has already held 12 exhibitions. We totally received around 200,000 works shot by 50,000 photographers from 100 countries and regions all over the world. China International Photographic Art Exhibition has great  influence in the world.
“2009 China 13th International Photographic Art Exhibition” will be held at Lishui city, Zhejiang province, China in November 2009. The exhibition has got the patronage of FIAP(the International Federation of Photographic Art). The awarded and accepted works could apply for the FIAP distinction.
China Photographers Association and Lishui People’s Municipal Government, Zhejiang Province sincerely invite all photographic organizations, professional and amateur photographers  and young photographers from all over the world to submit entries to “2009 China 13th International Photographic Art Exhibition”.
